The fee schedule you will get by entering in your zip code
above will be a small sample schedule. If you would like
to see the enter schedule for your area enter in your zip
code above. When you hit the button above that says "Get
Fee Schedule" it will open up a new page. On this new
page that opens you will see the AmeriPlan® Fee Schedule
color section you are in. AmeriPlan® has 3 different
colored area's. They are Teal, Red and Lime. One of these
colors will be in the upper left hand conner of the new
page that opens. Once you get your fee schedule color area
click on the link below for your area color. This will be
the full schedule for the AmeriPlan dental® program
in your area.
